Work Experience:

Mr. Parsons is a small business owner and has more than twenty four years experience in computer software development. He is a noted expert in advanced technologies, programming languages and specializes in the design and implementation of small-to-large-scale engineering, scientific and business applications. Mr. Parsons has expertise in every phase of the software life cycle, including management, design, programming, relational database design and implementation.

From 1994 to the present as a Principal Engineer, Mr. Parsons has been the site manager and operations director of the Targeting, Weaponeering and Integration branch of the Battle Management/Weapons Division of Northrop Grumman Corporation in Niceville, Florida developing systems and software for battle management platforms. He is the Senior Manager with a focus on the long-term vitality of the organization while providing and protecting resources for long-term improvement of the software process. His responsibilities include launching and overseeing multiple commercial, Department of Defense and Internal Research and Development projects, assigning project managers, reviewing plans and budgets, and conducting senior management reviews. Mr. Parsons is involved in business development activities for both DoD and commercial endeavors and serves a program manager for various projects throughout the company.

From 1984 to 1994 as a Senior Systems Analyst at Datatec, Inc., Mr. Parsons had professional experience covering many aspects of systems analysis through computer program development, documentation and weapon effectiveness modeling. During 7 of his years he was supervisor for weapon effectiveness projects and involved with the management and development of computer software for the Department of the Navy. Throughout his 10 years at Datatec he was the lead engineer on the development & maintenance of a commercial product that is still in service today at many car dealerships in the southeast United States.

Personal:

Mr. Parsons is married to the former Belinda Clemmons of Niceville, Florida. They live in Rocky Bayou Country Club Estates in Niceville with their two children who attend Okaloosa County Schools.
